We want you to walk comfortably in your Satorisan shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. If your fit isn't perfect, we provide a streamlined process to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Satorisan box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
